Balloon sinus ostial dilation is a minimally invasive procedure that may be performed in our office with topical and local anesthesia. With advances in technology, we now have computer assisted navigation to precisely determine where to dilate the sinuses while minimizing harm to any surrounding tissues. We have been performing this procedure in the office since 2014. Turbinate reduction is an in-office procedure for treatment of chronic nasal congestion.
