Our Medical Professionals
Dr. Christopher Wenzel is a native of western North Carolina. He and his father have provided medical services to Western North Carolina for a combined total of 45 years. He is a 1991 graduate of Davidson College where he graduated Summa Cum Laude followed byDuke University Medical School which he completed in
1995. He completed a 5 year residency program in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Duke University Medical Center, with additional
training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. In 2001, Dr. Wenzel completed board certification in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He is double board certified, with board certification by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He has a total of 19 years in private practice. He is a member of the Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He has completed over 1,500 facial plastic and reconstructive procedures in addition to actively maintaining a general ENT practice.

Seth Rosenberg, MD, FACS
Seth I. Rosenberg, MD, FACS is an otologist specializing in surgery of the ear and the treatment of ear-related disorders. He also practices at the Florida Ear & Sinus Center in Sarasota, Florida. Dr. Rosenberg is Board Certified in Otolaryngology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He holds membership in many medical organizations, including the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. In 2000, he became a member of the prestigious Triological Society and became one of the youngest members of the exclusive American Otological Society. A native of Poughkeepsie, New York, he obtained his MD at State University of New York Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse where he completed his otolaryngology residency. He then completed a fellowship in otology and neurotology at the Ear Research Foundation and was asked to join the staff of the University of Pennsylvania. At the Ear & Sinus Center in Sarasota, Florida in 1991 he collaborated with the prestigious otologist Dr. Silverstein and served as Vice President and Education Director for the Ear Research Foundation, co-authoring over 70 scientific publications.
Jacob Jennings, PA-C, has been with Western Carolina Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists for well over 2 years. With the addition of a physician assistant, we have made care more readily accessible to patients in the area, where there is high demand for specialty services. This has shortened waiting times while maintaining accessible specialty care under the direct supervision of Dr. Wenzel. Jacob brings more than 5 years experience to the practice, after practicing in a variety of settings including Emergency Service facilities and Urgent Care Centers.
