Televisit Instructions
A Televisit is an online visit with your doctor. Our office will work with you to schedule your appointment.
Televisits may be scheduled through 5:00 PM EST on weekdays. We do not offer televisits on weekends.

You will log in on your computer or smartphone and wait for the doctor to "arrive" for your visit. You can then communicate with them by video/audio.

Along with the features you get with the Patient Portal, the healow™ app can manage multiple accounts (all family members), set medication and set appointment reminders.
The healow™ app is a secure and convenient way to manage what’s important and puts YOU in control of your health. healow™ is free and available on the Apple app store and Google Play store.​

Please note that televisits are associated with a fee just like an in-office visit. Any copays, coinsurance, or fee for the visit is determined by your insurance carrier. By initiating a televisit you are giving consent to be charged for the visit, which reflects the time that we spend with you during the visit.
